Key Responsibilities

• Execute audit procedures and engagement activities with accuracy and efficiency.
• Participate in client and engagement team communications.
• Review audit workpapers and documentation prepared by team members.
• Provide constructive feedback and support quality assurance efforts.
• Identify opportunities to improve audit processes and enhance efficiency.
• Escalate risks and issues to management while providing practical recommendations.
• Maintain professional communication and collaboration across global teams.
• Support knowledge sharing and mentoring initiatives within the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of external audit experience.
• Experience with a Big 4 or large/mid-tier accounting firm strongly preferred.
• Strong technical understanding of audit procedures and accounting standards.
• Knowledge of US GAAP preferred.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and audit-related software.
• Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of Shared Service Centers is a plus.
