Head of Collections Operations — Fintech for Latinos
Felix
Félix is seeking a Collections Operations Manager to own and scale the U.S. consumer-lending collections function. This hands-on leadership role will redesign the operating model, develop data-driven repayment and recovery strategies, and implement controls to scale operations.
The role envisions a growing team and expanding capabilities across states as the business expands. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end collections, balance risk with growth, and work across Legal, Compliance,
