Requisitos:Experiencia: 10+ años (incluyendo program/delivery management de equipos técnicos y experiencia sólida en Agile Scrum)
Requisitos MUST HAVE (Obligatorios)
- 10+ años en technical program / delivery management de equipos de software engineering.
- Strong grasp de Agile / Scrum y modern cloud-native SDLC (CI/CD, microservicios).
- Excelente stakeholder management, comunicación y risk/dependency management.
- Capacidad de definir exit criteria, métricas y deliverables, y hold al equipo accountable.
- Inglés Avanzado (evaluado en L1 FloCareer).
