Remote Project Manager - Agile Delivery Leader (LATAM)

Bluelight seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead software delivery across multiple client programs. You will oversee complex, distributed teams, manage timelines, budgets, and risks, and ensure alignment with executives and stakeholders.
You will coordinate nearshore US-LATAM delivery, overlap US business hours, and drive continuous improvement. A PMP/CSM/PSM cert and strong communication are essential.
