The Business Analyst play a dual role for on-going IIoT edge and AWS cloud project, acting as the functional and language bridge between business stakeholders, customers, and delivery teams. This role focuses on requirement elicitation, detailed user story creation, acceptance criteria definition, and validation scenario coverage for IIoT functionality — without requiring deep platform-specific technical expertise. The individual will translate business and functional conversations between English and Spanish-speaking stakeholders, clarify functional gaps, and help accelerate backlog grooming and sprint planning activities. The role also serves as a key collaboration point between onshore business/technical teams and the offshore delivery team, ensuring clear, timely, and accurate two-way communication and status reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in Business Analysis, ideally with exposure to IIoT, industrial, or manufacturing environments.
• Working experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodology.
• Excellent documentation, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to write detailed, unambiguous user stories, acceptance criteria, and validation/test scenarios.
• Experience facilitating agile ceremonies — backlog grooming, sprint planning, story refinement, and reviews.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating with offshore/distributed delivery teams across time zones.
• Strong stakeholder management, customer communication, and functional gap-analysis skills.
• Comfortable tracking and reporting status using tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or Confluence.
• ADVANCED ENGLISH IS A MUST
• Hybrid role in any of our 4 locations in Mexico: Guadalajara, CDMX, Monterrey or Queretaro
