Customer Business Support Associate Lac (San Pedro Garza García)

Scope

SAP is looking for a Business Support Associate to join the Customer Business Support (CBS) team. The role supports SAP Services Sales across the LAC region, processing and developing consulting opportunities in existing SAP Services deals with SAP tools and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to revenue growth and profitability by processing profitable services sales deals in existing customers and achieving business targets.
• Execute end‑to‑end deal processes related to customer services opportunities.
• Work with a cross‑functional team to process relevant functions from portfolio and support sales, presales, delivery operations, legal, regional controlling, GFSS, and sales operations.
• Act as key point of contact with internal finance groups – Controllers, Project Controllers, Sales Operations, Commercial Business Partners, and Education – to ensure compliance, data clarity, contract and revenue safeguarding.
• Collaborate with the Services Account Executive (SAE) within the customer account, supporting the overall relationship between the customer, partners, and SAP to maximize opportunities and ensure successful sales bids.
• Seek continuous improvement to simplify processes.
• Process customer service requests for small deals and complete required paperwork.
