Salary: $13,000-$16,000 MXN/month (net)
Ready to elevate your customer service career? At HRPV, you’ll support U.S.-based law firms directly from our Guadalajara office. We’re looking for bilingual professionals with excellent English skills to join our growing team.
What You’ll Do
- Help organize and track legal case documentation
- Schedule attorney appointments and update clients on case status
- Assist with administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment
What You’ll Need
- Fluent in English and Spanish (C1 level)
- 6+ months of customer service or phone support experience
- High school diploma or partial university education
- Based in or near Guadalajara
- English language proficiency (required)
What We Offer
- Salary: $13,000-$16,000 MXN/month (after taxes)
- Monday to Friday schedule (fixed hours)
