The role is based in Azcapotzalco, Mexico City (hybrid) and is part of Global Business Services, providing streamlined, scalable support to enhance efficiency, compliance and service excellence across the company.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices accurately and efficiently using the company’s workflow tools.
• Manage invoice and payment priorities based on vendor terms to ensure timely payments, including urgent requests.
• Match invoices with purchase orders in the company system.
• Verify that all required information and approvals are complete and correct.
• Review supplier documents to ensure compliance with legal and tax regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve discrepancies.
• Perform reconciliations by checking entries and comparing system reports to identify and correct errors.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• At least one year of relevant experience in accounts payable or similar roles.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Softland, Servipag).
• Knowledge of Chilean banking processes.
• Ability to work accurately in a fast‑paced environment while delivering excellent customer service.
