Technical Analyst

We are seeking motivated and passionate Technical Analyst Trainees who are looking to build a career in technology within the Banking and Financial Services domain. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of experience who have a solid technical foundation, basic programming knowledge, and a strong desire to learn enterprise systems and financial technologies.

Selected candidates will participate in an intensive training program covering Business Analysis fundamentals, banking and payment systems, and technical concepts including C++, Linux, and Oracle Database before transitioning into project opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in a structured Technical Analyst training program.

Learn technical concepts related to banking, payment processing, and financial systems.

Develop knowledge of Business Analysis fundamentals and functional business processes.

Gain hands-on exposure to C++, Linux, Oracle Database, and enterprise application concepts.

Assist in analyzing technical requirements and supporting system design discussions.

Collaborate with trainers, mentors, and team members throughout the learning program.

Support troubleshooting, documentation, and technical analysis activities.

Demonstrate strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to continuously learn new technologies.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.

0–2 years of professional experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

Basic programming knowledge and understanding of software development fundamentals.

Familiarity with programming concepts such as data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.

Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Willingness to attend onsite training in Guadalajara.
