Strategic Credit & Collections Specialist

nVent is seeking a Credit & Collections professional in Monterrey to manage high-risk customer accounts and optimize collections while maintaining strong relationships. The role requires experience in credit management, finance collaboration, and effective communication in English.
The ideal candidate will drive process improvements, mentor team members, and partner with Sales, Finance, and Customer Service to protect company credit exposure and streamline month-end activities.
