En MyS Consultores, somos una empresa comprometida con la excelencia en el área de recursos humanos y buscamos un Inplant de Recursos Humanos para unirse a nuestro equipo. La persona seleccionada será responsable de llevar a cabo diversas actividades relacionadas con la gestión del talento humano, apoyando en el proceso de reclutamiento y contratación dentro de una de nuestras instalaciones. Este puesto es ideal para un profesional dinámico y proactivo, que busque crecer en un entorno profesional desafiante.

Responsabilidades Principales

Las principales actividades de este puesto incluirán:

Realización de entrevistas: Conducir entrevistas a candidatos para evaluar sus habilidades y adecuación a las vacantes disponibles.
Seguimiento de contrataciones: Monitorear el proceso de contratación, asegurando que cada etapa se ejecute de manera eficiente y en tiempo.
Reportes: Elaborar informes detallados sobre el avance de los procesos de reclutamiento y otros indicadores relevantes para la gestión de recursos humanos.
Armado de expedientes: Organizar y mantener al día los expedientes de los empleados, asegurando que toda la documentación esté completa y en orden.
Reclutamiento: Implementar estrategias de búsqueda para atraer a los mejores talentos que se alineen con los requerimientos de nuestros clientes.
Actualización de requerimientos: Colaborar con las agencias en la actualización constante de los perfiles y requisitos de las vacantes abiertas.
Elaboración de contratos: Preparar y revisar contratos laborales conforme a la legislación vigente y las políticas de la empresa.

Requisitos

Experiencia: Al menos 1 año de experiencia previa en puestos similares o en el área de recursos humanos.
Habilidades: Buscamos una persona dinámica, con excelentes habilidades de comunicación, organización y trabajo en equipo.
Conocimientos: Familiaridad con procesos de atencion a candidatos, procesos de ingreso y reclutamiento y selección
Actitud: Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno de ritmo rápido, con una mentalidad orientada a resultados y enfoque en la atención al cliente.
