Process Engineer

This is a temporary Process Engineer position with a fixed-term contract. You will design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Conduct process analysis and identify areas for improvement within existing manufacturing operations.
• Use ECNs, BOMs, routing, and cost center documentation to define process requirements.
• Develop process documentation, workflows, standard operating procedures, and PFMEA diagrams.
• Identify tooling and fixtures needed for manufacturing processes.
• Oversee maintenance routines and develop new routines when needed.
• Implement TPM practices and monitor effectiveness.
• Utilize data‑analysis tools and methodologies to monitor process performance and recommend changes.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to align on process improvements.
• Oversee tooling validation of new processes and technologies to ensure production requirements are met.
• Lead cost‑savings initiatives and projects to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• +12 months of process engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and process optimization methodologies.
• Experience with BOMs, ECNs, and other process‑improvement tools.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Preferred: Experience with automation and process‑control technologies.
• Preferred: Familiarity with ERP systems and project management tools.
