Posición: Consultor Change Management (Senior)
Esquema de trabajo: Híbrido
✈️ Disponibilidad para viajar ocasionalmente a Estados Unidos y Canadá
¿Qué buscamos?
✅ Experiencia como Consultor Senior gestionando procesos de adopción de cambios organizacionales derivados de implementaciones tecnológicas.
✅ Conocimiento sólido en metodologías de Gestión del Cambio.
✅ Participación en al menos un proyecto de SAP .
✅ Inglés avanzado .
Principales responsabilidades:
Diseñar e implementar estrategias y planes de Gestión del Cambio.
Liderar planes de comunicación para impulsar la adopción de nuevos procesos y herramientas.
Gestionar stakeholders clave, promoviendo el patrocinio visible e involucramiento de líderes e influenciadores.
Identificar impactos organizacionales y desarrollar planes de mitigación efectivos.
Diseñar e implementar programas de capacitación para diferentes niveles de la organización.
Impulsar formas de trabajo ágiles dentro de los equipos de proyecto.
