Bilingual Executive Assistant to the President

We are looking for a high-level Executive Assistant to support a senior business leader involved in multiple corporate, institutional and international initiatives.

This is a confidential search within a solid organization with international exposure and a premium executive environment.

The role combines top-tier traditional executive assistance with a strong focus on follow-up, project coordination and technology .

Your mission will be to bring structure to multiple priorities, anticipate needs, coordinate stakeholders and ensure that key commitments and initiatives move from conversation to execution.

We are looking for someone who combines the discretion, protocol and service mindset of an exceptional Executive Assistant with the organization, ownership and follow-through of a strong project coordinator.

Your Day-to-Day Impact

1. Executive Agenda & Gatekeeping

Manage a complex executive calendar, protect the executive’s time, identify priorities and handle requests with sound judgment and diplomacy.

2. Project & Commitment Tracking

Track initiatives, agreements, deadlines, owners and pending actions, ensuring that every relevant commitment reaches completion.

3. Executive Office Coordination

Manage trackers, dashboards, meeting minutes and follow-up systems that provide clear visibility into priorities and next steps.

4. Domestic & International Logistics

Coordinate travel, itineraries, documentation, meetings and last-minute changes while anticipating potential contingencies.

5. Technology & Artificial Intelligence

Leverage productivity, project-management and AI tools to optimize follow-up, organization and executive efficiency.

6. Communication & Confidentiality

Interact with executives, clients, partners and internal teams with professionalism, discretion and excellent judgment.

The Ideal Candidate

• 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-Level executives, presidents, founders, family offices or senior business leaders.
• Strong experience managing complex calendars, international travel, executive meetings and senior-level stakeholders.
• PMO mindset: you naturally think in terms of priorities, owners, deadlines and deliverables. You do not simply track tasks — you make sure they get done .
• Advanced English | C1 , with the ability to communicate and coordinate executive matters naturally and professionally.
• High level of organization, follow-through, judgment, discretion and autonomy.

Working Model

Primarily on-site in the Guadalajara Metropolitan Area , Monday through Friday.

Reasonable flexibility is required during executive travel, critical meetings or significant schedule changes, along with a high level of reliability and responsiveness.
