Recruiting Coordinator

We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support recruiting and HR administrative activities for a growing organization. Recruiting will be the primary focus of the role, with additional responsibilities supporting day-to-day HR operations.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, personable, and comfortable working closely with candidates and employees in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

Review and screen applicants through the company’s ATS.

Identify candidates who meet the qualifications for open positions.

Coordinate candidates throughout the recruiting process and ensure timely follow-up.

Support recruiting for a variety of positions, including technicians/mechanics, product specialists, drivers, support roles, and some management positions.

Assist with onboarding and employee orientation.

Maintain and organize employee records and HR documentation.

Assign and compile employee training information.

Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

Communicate regularly with candidates and employees throughout the hiring and onboarding process.

⚡ Manage multiple open positions simultaneously, particularly during high-volume recruiting periods.

Requirements

✅ Previous experience in recruiting, HR coordination, or a similar role.

Experience using an ATS (Applicant Tracking System).

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

️ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Personable, approachable, and comfortable interacting with candidates and employees daily.

⏱️ Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Advanced English communication skills.

⭐ Previous experience combining recruiting and HR administrative responsibilities is preferred.

Nice to Have

️ Experience in automotive, motorcycle, powersports, dealership, or a similar industry.

Familiarity with dealership departments and organizational structures.

Experience recruiting for technical, sales, driver, or labor positions.
