One of our key clients, an international holding company that develops products for the entertainment industry, is currently looking for a Product Manager (Merchandise) to join their growing team in LATAM .

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Product Manager with experience in the production and manufacturing of physical goods, preferably apparel, textiles, merchandise, or custom products.

You will be responsible for managing the full production lifecycle — from supplier sourcing, sampling, and testing to mass production, quality control, logistics, and final warehouse delivery.

Responsibilities

• Launch pilot and large-scale production batches, overseeing the entire process from sampling and testing through mass production and final quality control (QC).
• Manage the full production lifecycle, ensuring products meet quality standards, timelines, and project requirements.
• Identify and develop new manufacturing opportunities and production partners across the LATAM region.
• Collaborate closely with the Creative team to bring product concepts into production while maintaining design and quality standards.
• Coordinate with warehouses and logistics partners to ensure smooth shipment, delivery, and receipt of finished products.
• Monitor production timelines, proactively resolve operational issues, and ensure projects are completed on schedule.

Requirements

• Proven experience in manufacturing within the LATAM market, preferably in apparel, textiles, merchandise, or custom physical goods.
• •Established network of manufacturers, factories, suppliers, or production contractors across LATAM.
• Solid knowledge of apparel and physical goods manufacturing, including production processes and custom product technologies.
• Experience managing end-to-end production projects, from supplier sourcing and sampling through final warehouse delivery.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with suppliers and production partners.
• Proactive, responsible, and highly organized, with the ability to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluent English and Spanish or Portuguese.

• KPI-based bonus of up to 15% of the base salary.
• Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 9-hour workday (8 working hours + 1-hour lunch break), with a flexible start to the day.
• Candidates must be available to overlap with the CIS time zone for team meetings, typically held around 5:00 PM Moscow time.
• 28 calendar days of paid vacation.
