Job Description

We are looking for a E-Commerce Marketing, Senior Manager.

This role connects marketing, customer experience, digital channels, partnerships and commercial execution with one clear objective: drive sustainable traffic, conversion and sales growth across Samsung’s D2C ecosystem.

Key Job Responsabilities

• 1. D2C Marketing Strategy & Business Growth. Own and lead the D2C marketing strategy for Samsung Mexico’s e-commerce ecosystem, including Samsung.com, Samsung Shop App, marketplaces, closed channels, affiliate programs and other current or future digital sales channels.
• 2. Samsung.com & Samsung Shop App Marketing. Partner closely with Product Marketing leaders to ensure consistency in product communication while developing a differentiated D2C proposition focused on the benefits of purchasing directly from Samsung.
• 3. Customer Experience & Conversion. Manage and continuously improve the customer-facing experience across: Homepage, Marketing pages, Product pages, Landing pages, Promotional areas, Campaign experiences and D2C benefits and offers.
• 4. Performance Marketing & Customer Acquisition. Oversee strategies across channels and capabilities including: Paid Search / Google, Meta, TikTok, Affiliates, Referral programs, CRM, Loyalty, Live Commerce, E-Promoter initiatives, Marketing technology and personalization platforms, Other emerging acquisition and engagement channels .
• 5. Channel Development & Partnerships. Develop differentiated strategies for: Owned channels, Closed channels, Marketplaces, Affiliate & Referral channels.
• 6. Strategic Partnerships. Define the appropriate combination of: Exclusive campaigns, Promotional offers, Advertising, Displays and banners, CRM communication, Partner communication, Channel-specific media, D2C-exclusive benefits.
• 8. Affiliate, Referral & Exclusive Programs. Manage and develop Samsung exclusive sales and loyalty-related programs, including current programs and future initiatives.

Requirements

• Significant professional experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, D2C, performance marketing or related areas.
• Proven experience leading teams and managing external agencies.
• Strong understanding of the Mexican digital and e-commerce market.
• Experience managing marketing strategies connected to commercial and sales targets.
• Strong analytical, presentation and executive communication skills.
• Ability to operate effectively across local, regional and global organizations.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with marketplaces, CRM, affiliate marketing, loyalty programs, partnerships, Adobe AEM, SAP Commerce/Hybris or comparable e-commerce platforms is highly valuable.
