Firma de abogados especializada en migración busca un(a)Asistente Personal con excelente nivel de inglés y experiencia previa apoyandoa directivos o CEOs. Buscamos a alguien altamente proactivo, organizado(a) ycon experiencia en ambientes de trabajo con cultura estadounidense.
- Inglésavanzado (oral y escrito).
- Experienciaprevia como asistente personal o ejecutivo(a) de nivel directivo (CEO,Director, etc.).
- Conocimientoy dominio completo del ecosistema de herramientas Google (Gmail, Calendar,Drive, etc.).
- Altacapacidad de organización, seguimiento y autonomía.
- Experienciaen funciones administrativas.
- Experienciaprevia en firmas legales o temas relacionados con migración.
- Conocimientode procesos en oficinas legales estadounidenses.
- Horariofijo: Lunes a viernes de 8:30 a.m. a 5:30 p.m.
- Estabilidadlaboral en un ambiente profesional.
