What You'll Do
- Conduct Zoom and phone consultations with qualified inbound leads
- Build rapport quickly through empathetic, structured conversations
- Identify each client's immigration goals, concerns, and motivations
- Recommend appropriate legal services based on their situation
- Confidently discuss legal fees and payment options
- Handle objections with professionalism and integrity
- Follow up consistently until prospects make an informed decision
- Maintain accurate CRM notes and pipeline activity
- Collaborate with attorneys and intake staff to deliver an exceptional client experience

- Fluent English (C1–C2)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in one or more of the following:
- Consultative sales
- High-ticket sales
- Collections (Cobranza)
- Client retention
- Financial services
- Legal services
- Experience selling to U.S.-based clients via phone or Zoom
- Strong discovery, objection-handling, and closing skills
- Comfortable discussing financial commitments of $3,000–$12,000+
- Strong CRM discipline
- Available to work full-time during U.S. Eastern Time business hours
- Located in Latin America
- Immigration, legal, financial, insurance, or healthcare sales experience
- Experience working with emotionally sensitive client situations
- Proven history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Qualified inbound leads (no cold calling)
- Proven sales process and ongoing coaching
- Fully remote work environment
