Senior Legal Specialist

Responsabilidades:
- Asesoramiento Jurídico en las diversas áreas de negocio de la compañía, apoyo jurídico a los distintos departamentos de la compañía en derecho corporativo y mercantil.
- Coordinación con la responsable del departamento jurídico en España.
- Revisión y elaboración de contratos en materia corporativa: contratos con proveedores, arrendamientos, acuerdos de confidencialidad (NDA), contratos energéticos relacionados con la actividad, EPC, OBC, PPA etc.
- Elaboración de actas constitutivas, operaciones societarias de la compañía, etc.
- Gestiones en Notaría y organismos públicos, incluido el Registro Público de Comercio.
- Gestión documental asociada a las funciones jurídicas encomendadas
- Representación de la empresa en procedimientos judiciales.
- Prevención y control en materia de cumplimiento normativo.
Requerimentos:
- Título habilitante de abogado para ejercer la defensa en los Tribunales.
- Experiencia de 3-5 años en asesoría jurídica interna de empresa o en despacho de abogados con incidencia en derecho societario, corporativo o de empresas
- Conocimiento de las leyes mexicanas y las regulaciones aplicables
- Deseable, especialización en materia de medioambiente o en el sector de Energías Renovables
