Environment Engineer- Senior (12 months contract)

Job Summary:

The Environment Engineer Senior creates value by building an effective team, by managing daily operations, or supporting initiatives that enable the function, business unit or customer to achieve its business objectives.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Wastewater Treatment Plant Management


• Hazardous Waste Management and RME (Special Handling Waste)


• Legal compliance in municipal, state and federal environmental matters


• Environmental Management System Support


• ISO 50001 Energy Management System Support


• Lead and develop staff in charge (technicians and associates)

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

• University Degree in Environmental, Industrial or Related Engineering


• More than 5 years of experience in the area of Environmental in the manufacturing industry


• Strong experience in environmental legal compliance


• Intermediate - Advanced English

Nice to have skills:

• Certified as an auditor ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO 50001


• Water Treatment Plant Experience


• Project Management Experience
