Director, TSA Exit & Business Separation

We're looking for a Director, TSA Exit & Business Separation to support a large-scale business separation across LATAM. This role will lead market readiness, TSA exit execution, operational transitions, and cross-functional coordination between global and local teams.

Location: Mexico City, Mexico | Remote

Language: Fluent English & Spanish

Duration: 15+ months

Key Requirements:

• 6-8+ years of Program/Project Management experience
• Strong background in M&A, carve-outs, divestitures, business separations, or TSA Exit programs
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders across multiple countries
• Exposure to operational readiness, contract novation, legal entities, and transition management
• Healthcare, Medical Device, Life Sciences, or Consulting experience preferred
