Outbound SDR Team Lead: Scale, Coach & Grow Pipeline
Factorial HR
Factorial HR is seeking an experienced Team Lead SDR Outbound to design and run the outbound strategy and to build a high‑performing SDR team. You will balance strategy with hands‑on coaching and ensure scalable prospecting across channels.
You'll partner with Sales, Marketing, RevOps and Enablement to optimize processes, define target accounts, and set clear KPIs to drive pipeline and revenue growth. This is a leadership role in a fast‑growing SaaS company.
