What will you do?

You will lead and support manufacturing projects within Siemens by coordinating timelines, resources, production planning activities, and cross‑functional communication. Your role will ensure projects are executed on time, with proper documentation and strong collaboration across operations, engineering and supply chain teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead small‑to‑medium manufacturing projects from planning to closure.
• Coordinate with production, engineering, logistics and supply chain to ensure project execution.
• Track timelines, deliverables, risks, and project KPIs.
• Support production planning activities such as scheduling, material availability, shop floor follow up and engineering changes.
• Maintain project documentation and communication with internal stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate updates in SAP and support system transactions related to planning and inventory.
• Monitor product metrics and support continuous improvement activities.
• Collaborate with purchasing and logistics teams for material coordination.

What will you need to succeed?

• 2–3 years of experience in manufacturing projects, production planning, supply chain or operations.
• Experience working in manufacturing environments (plant floor exposure required).
• Knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Knowledge of production planning and supply chain processes.
• Experience with SAP (PP module) – desirable.
• Experience with Salesforce – nice to have.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with KPIs and process documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical or Logistics Engineering.
