Regional Operations Brand Analyst

Misión del puesto de trabajo
Velar por la eficiencia operativa de América través de una revisión continua y permanente actualización de los procesos, manteniendo un enfoque de calidad. Responsable del seguimiento y compilación de los datos e indicadores de Operaciones para la toma de decisión en la región de América, promoviendo el uso de la tecnología para realizar análisis certeros, agregando valor al negocio. Estará implicado/a en todos los procesos y estrategias que se lleven a cabo desde Operaciones América.
Funciones:
* Apoyo general al Regional Brand Senior Director of Operations America.
* Coordinación, comunicación y enlace del Regional Brand Senior Director of Operations America con las diferentes áreas regionales, globales y unidades de negocio, así como con el resto de los departamentos de PHG relacionados con la operación.
* Seguimiento y coordinación de los Objetivos Estratégicos OPS.
* Implantación, coordinación y seguimiento de proyectos.
* Implantación y seguimiento de planes de acción.
* Seguimiento de la satisfacción (ReviewPro GRI + NPS).
* Seguimiento de los Ingresos Extras (Spa, A&B y Recepción).
* Elaboración de informes de OPS.
* Gestión de agenda.
* Procesos administrativos departamentales.
* Gestión de reportes y seguimiento de los mismos.
* Análisis de indicadores.
Requisitos mínimos:
* Licenciatura en Administración o afín.
* Experiencia y conocimientos técnicos:
* Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en puesto similar.
* Experto en Excel.
* Manejo de costos y presupuestos.
* Buen manejo en la redacción de informes.
* Inglés y español hablados y escritos.
