Growth Marketing Manager
Zona de trabajo: Naucalpan
Sueldo: $40,000 a $60,000 brutos mensuales
Horario: Lunes a Viernes de 9:00 a 18:00 hrs.
Experiencia en marketing de servicios (consultoría, recursos humanos, tecnología, financieros, educación, salud o servicios empresariales).

Gerente de Marketing Digital
Responsabilidades:
- Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias de Performance Marketing orientadas a la generación de leads y crecimiento comercial.
- Administrar y optimizar presupuestos de inversión en Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads y otras plataformas digitales.
- Analizar indicadores clave de desempeño (ROI, CPA, CAC, CTR, LTV) para maximizar resultados.
- Diseñar, implementar y optimizar embudos de conversión, landing pages y automatizaciones de marketing.
- Coordinar agencias externas y equipo interno para asegurar el cumplimiento de objetivos y KPIs.
- Identificar nuevas oportunidades de mercado mediante benchmarking y análisis de tendencias.
- Dar seguimiento a campañas institucionales, comunicación interna y proyectos estratégicos del grupo.
Perfil:
- Licenciatura concluida en Mercadotecnia, Comunicación, Publicidad, Negocios Digitales o afín.
- Experiencia mínima de 4 años en Marketing Digital, Performance Marketing o Growth Marketing.
- Dominio avanzado de Google Ads, Meta Ads y LinkedIn Ads.
- Conocimiento avanzado de Google Analytics 4 y Google Tag Manager.
- Experiencia en CRM y herramientas de automatización como HubSpot, Salesforce o similares.
- Alta orientación a resultados y análisis de datos.
- Experiencia liderando equipos o coordinando agencias externas.
