Marketing Capability & Transformation Lead

Novartis in Mexico City is seeking an Associate Director, Marketing Capability Delivery to lead a team delivering cross-functional Marketing Operations programs and transformations across a complex, fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with senior leaders across Marketing, Technology, Finance, and Risk Management to drive adoption of new capabilities, governance, and improved delivery, while shaping a newly created team in Mexico serving US Marketing Operations.
