Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and motivated Customer Service representative to join our dynamic team. The role is the primary contact for Sales, Operations, Finance and Manufacturing, responsible for reviewing, processing and managing all order and order‑related transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely order management support from order entry to post‑shipment.
• Invoice customers’ orders and verify customer administrative requirements.
• Provide shipment information, proof of delivery and respond to status inquiries.
• Maintain proficiency in Windows applications such as Microsoft Office tools.
• Interface with Sales teams to ensure proper discount and commission guidelines are followed.
• Coordinate with Finance, Fulfillment, and Purchasing to resolve order‑related questions and issues.
• Provide post‑shipment support by tracking orders.
• Follow up on customer surveys and complaints.

Qualifications and Skills

• Two years of related experience in customer service, sales or a similar field. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and high professionalism.
• Strong time‑management abilities.
• Proficiency in Windows applications and Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, MS Teams).
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems, preferably Microsoft AX/Dynamics.
