Sr. Quality Systems & Compliance Coordinator

OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO
Responsable de liderar, implementar, administrar y dar seguimiento integral a los Sistemas de Gestión de la organización, asegurando el cumplimiento de normas internacionales, auditorías internas y externas, control documental, cierre oportuno de hallazgos, ejecución de planes de acción y seguimiento efectivo de proyectos interdepartamentales en las diferentes plantas de manufactura y sitios remotos de la compañía.
- Asegurar el mantenimiento, implementación y mejora continua de los Sistemas de Gestión bajo normas ISO 9001, IATF 16949 e ISO 14001.
- Coordinar auditorías internas, auditorías de tercera parte, revisiones por la dirección y procesos de certificación.
- Administrar y asegurar el cierre oportuno de hallazgos, no conformidades, CAPA, PDCA, 8D y planes de acción derivados de auditorías o proyectos estratégicos.
- Dar seguimiento puntual a compromisos interdepartamentales garantizando cumplimiento en tiempo, forma y con evidencia auditable.
- Administrar bitácoras de seguimiento, semaforización de actividades, indicadores de cumplimiento y control documental.
- Coordinar el seguimiento de proyectos operativos relacionados con calidad, cumplimiento, medio ambiente, seguridad y requerimientos corporativos.
- Generar reportes ejecutivos de avances, riesgos, desviaciones y actividades vencidas para Dirección.
- Asegurar la estandarización, actualización y distribución de procedimientos, políticas e instrucciones de trabajo.
- Coordinar y dar soporte a equipos de auditores internos.
- Escalar oportunamente desviaciones críticas, atrasos o incumplimientos que representen riesgo para la organización.
- Dar soporte a las localidades

Perfil Requerido
Escolaridad:
Licenciatura concluida en:
- Ingeniería Industrial
- Ingeniería en Calidad
- Administración Industrial
- o carrera afín.
Experiencia:
Mínimo 4 a 5 años de experiencia en:
- Sistemas de Gestión de Calidad
- Auditorías ISO / IATF / ISO 14001
- Seguimiento de planes de acción
- Control documental
- Administración de proyectos de cumplimiento
- Industria maquiladora/manufactura
