Our client is a very established global organization that is expanding its internal Creative Hub and looking for a Digital Designer who understands that effective performance creative needs to do more than look good — it needs to deliver results .

The role operates on a global scale , supporting campaigns, teams, and stakeholders across multiple international markets. You’ll collaborate regularly with colleagues around the world, so you must be confident speaking and working professionally in English .

This is not a traditional web design position. You’ll work across paid and performance marketing, producing landing pages, display campaigns, email assets, and digital creative designed around engagement and conversion.

The Integrated Digital Designer – Performance & Paid Media will create responsive, performance-focused digital experiences while translating campaign ideas into scalable creative across multiple channels, formats, and global markets.

Role Highlights

– Design landing pages, display advertising, email assets, and performance-focused digital content

– Build complete display campaigns across multiple sizes, placements, and formats

– Create digital assets for paid media and performance marketing campaigns

– Adapt established templates within platforms such as PathFactory, Foleon, and Marketo

– Translate campaign concepts into responsive digital creative designed to drive action

– Develop creative for different devices, platforms, audiences, and international markets

– Collaborate with strategists, project managers, marketers, and creative teams across the global organization

– Use AI-supported tools to accelerate creative adaptation and versioning across formats and audiences

You Will Need

– A strong portfolio spanning digital design, landing pages, and display advertising

– Experience creating paid advertising or performance marketing creative

– Strong knowledge of responsive design across different devices and placements

– An understanding of how design decisions can influence clicks, engagement, and conversion

– Experience with, or the ability to quickly learn, PathFactory, Foleon, and Marketo

– Strong organization and communication skills with experience managing concurrent deadlines

– A proactive, adaptable mindset suited to a fast-moving, agency-style creative environment

– Confidence collaborating with teams and stakeholders across different countries and cultures

– An interest in AI-supported creative tools and emerging technology

– Strong spoken and written English is essential – you must be comfortable participating in meetings, discussing creative work, receiving feedback, and collaborating with global stakeholders in English
