FINANCIAL PLANNING & PERFORMANCE (Monterrey, Nuevo León)

Funciones:
- Ejecuta y mejora de manera continua el/los proceso/s de Performance Management ( seguimiento, análisis y control de la actividad, los resultados, gastos e inversiones).
- Cumpliendo los estándares de calidad y productividad definidos y comprometidos, asegurando su adecuado funcionamiento y el cumplimiento de los KPIs y SLAs establecidos.
- Desarrollar reportes analíticos que apoyen la evaluación de oportunidades de negocio y el desarrollo de la cartera de clientes, identificando fortalezas y oportunidades de mejora.
- Desarrollar dashboards ejecutivos e indicadores (KPIs) para mejorar la gestión.
- Automatizar procesos de reporting financiero mediante herramientas de Business Intelligence y analítica de datos, mejorando la eficiencia y reduciendo tareas manuales
- Otras funciones que le asigne el líder e impulsar la mejora continua del cargo.
- Participar en el proceso anual de presupuesto y carterización de BEI.
Formación académica
- Titulado en Actuaría, Economía o matemáticas.
- Deseable estudios de Maestría.
Experiencia
- Experiencia deseable en posiciones relacionadas con:
- Banca de Empresas e Instituciones (BEI)
- Planeamiento Financiero
- Control de Gestión
Conocimientos técnicos
- Excel o Google Sheets Avanzado.
- Data Studio para desarrollo de dashboards e indicadores o programa parecido.
- SQL y manejo de bases de datos.
- Business Intelligence y analítica de datos.
- Python.
- Deseable conocimiento de AWS
- Estados financieros, presupuestos, cierres financieros y análisis de rentabilidad.
