Sales Engineer

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer relationships and develop new customers;
• Responsible for the coordination and promotion of business-related work within the company;
• Complete the temporary work assigned by the superiors.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5-10 years of sales experience in Mexico/Latin America markets;
• Must have worked in relevant industries: Plastic materials (manufacturers or traders); Injection molding plants; Background in plastic-related roles within automotive, home appliances, or electrical/electronics industries;
• Willingness for frequent business travel (Approx. 3 days per week);
• Strong customer service orientation;
• Team player, aligning with team decisions;
• Better to have cross-cultural collaboration skills;
• Language Proficiency: Spanish speaker; Fluent in English;
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
