Senior Staff Specialist Sales Ops Analysis (Guadalajara)

Responsibilities

• Deliver first‑class customer support experience.
• Develop an understanding of customers' needs and processes.
• Act as the voice of the customer and work with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
• Maintain and improve customer relations by evaluating customer satisfaction together with field sales.
• Manage and track opportunity pipeline for assigned customers in CRM (Dynamics 365).
• Support customers on various topics related to opportunities, e.g. quotes, sample delivery, availability, product data, and forecasting.
• Ensure data accuracy in CRM throughout the Quote to Cash process.
• Respond to customer requests for quotations on a timely basis in alignment with field sales, marketing, and pricing office.
• Ensure consistency, completeness, and accuracy of quotes by cross‑referencing integral quote history, VPA, and other data sources.
• Work with customers and internal teams on pricing/purchase order issues and credit/debit notes.
• Support VPA process as needed.
• Accurately forecast monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales revenue for assigned accounts by analyzing customer orders, new launches, project/product changes, relocations, and transfer business.
• Work closely with customer plants and purchasing to address forecast discrepancies on a timely basis.
• Regularly review forecasts with sales management and provide reports as needed.
• Act as the primary interface to the customer for product lifecycle topics.
• Interface with internal teams (account management, logistics, quality, marketing) to gather additional information requested by the customer.
• Plan and manage new product launches at the customer to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Execute product changes and discontinuations in a timely manner to ensure smooth transition and support profitability targets.
• Manage sample requests by the customer.
• Work with sample center and marketing to resolve lead‑time/availability issues.
• Track on‑time delivery of samples to support key customer milestones.
• Monitor accounts receivable and resolve credit issues with customer in alignment with Infineon's Credit and Collections team.
• Provide clarification of payment terms, price discrepancies, and credit/debit memos to Credit and Collections as necessary.
• Track and analyze key metrics including opportunity pipeline, revenue, and sales forecast through various sales channels.
• Generate reports in Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, Tableau, and other tools as needed by sales and management teams.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in inside sales, sales operations, or equivalent business function.
• Strong team player with initiative and capability to work independently.
• Ability to drive towards simple, scalable solutions to complex business problems.
• Superior organizational skills and attention to detail; demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to clearly and easily communicate complex analytical results, both written and verbal.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Solid Microsoft Office skills (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access).
• Experience and/or knowledge of the following systems preferred: SAP, CRM, Microsoft Dynamics 365, JDA S&OP.
