• Share data with the recruiting and staffing team.
• Prioritize various requests from the recruiting and staffing team.
• Adapt to a fast‑paced and ever‑changing environment.

Here’s what we are looking for

• 7+ years of IT recruiting experience.
• 2+ years of experience managing teams.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Flexibility and the ability to adapt to constant change.
• Previous experience with online and phone sales techniques (a plus).
• Knowledge of headhunting in the IT industry is a plus.
• Advanced level of English.
