How will you contribute to our magical experience? The Coordinator, Partner Marketing will support the Trade Marketing team by managing day‑to‑day coordination, communication, administration, and follow‑up of distribution, promotional, and brand partnerships. The role will help ensure that partner needs are addressed in alignment with the Company’s overall marketing and business strategy. This position also collaborates closely with agencies, regional and local internal teams, and external suppliers to deliver projects and achieve goals in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up to date all recurrent tasks with each partner, such as monthly strategy plans or launch asset delivery.
• Deliver, verify, review, and send feedback to the partners to ensure compliance with brand guidelines, offers, and legal agreements.
• Implement assigned actions that support the marketing plan, promotions, or partner performance success.
• Brief and track agencies, internal teams, and suppliers in an assertive way.
• Report all partner communication efforts clearly and organized for management reports.
• Participate and propose marketing campaigns for title launches and/or partner offer campaigns.
• Administrate and create purchase orders, manage suppliers and contracts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or similar roles.
• Interest in entertainment industry, streaming, innovation, technology, advertising, communication, business intelligence, data and marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Administration, Design, Publicity or related fields.
• Intermediate level in English.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross‑functionally with multiple teams.
• Curious, proactive, and solution‑oriented profile.
