Senior Design Change Analyst (Guadalajara)

YOUR ROLE

• Own end‑to‑end execution of the Design Change Coordination (DCC) process, from intake to closure.
• Lead impact analysis across BOMs, plants, suppliers, and inventory to ensure smooth implementation of design changes.
• Manage prioritization and execution trade‑offs to balance timing, risk, and operational stability.
• Act as escalation point for complex issues, driving root cause resolution and cross‑functional alignment.
• Ensure data integrity across systems and drive continuous improvement, standardization, and automation initiatives.

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience in engineering operations, supply chain, or change management.
• Experience managing end‑to‑end processes, cross‑functional coordination, and operational performance.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in impact analysis and decision‑making.
• Familiarity with PLM, ERP, BOM management, and reporting/analytics tools.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience mentoring or guiding teams is a plus.
• Advanced English.
• Hybrid work model based in Aguascalientes.
• Valid passport and B1/B2 visa required.
