Quality Chief

Your Contribution

As a Quality Chief , you will lead and strengthen the Quality Management System across manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with quality standards while driving continuous improvement initiatives throughout the organization. You will play a key role in promoting a culture of quality, operational excellence, and cross‑functional collaboration.

• Lead and develop the Quality team within the manufacturing operation
• Oversee implementation and maintenance of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001 and related standards)
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, process performance, and customer satisfaction
• Lead root cause analysis, CAPA activities, and corrective action follow‑up
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure compliance with quality standards
• Support manufacturing operations in quality‑related problem solving and process improvement
• Ensure proper control and calibration of measurement equipment
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, and other cross‑functional teams
• Monitor quality KPIs and implement actions to improve performance and operational effectiveness

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Advanced English
• Strong experience leading and implementing Quality Management Systems under ISO 9001, ISO 19011 is a plus
• Experience in manufacturing environments and continuous improvement initiatives
• Knowledge of quality tools such as Root Cause Analysis, CAPA, and CORE Tools
• Understanding of GD&T and interpretation of product drawings and specifications
• Knowledge of metrology and measurement equipment control
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills
• Results‑oriented with a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement
