A Snapshot of Your Day

As Master Data you will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of product master data in SAP managing and maintaining company critical data, ensuring accuracy and availability across all our systems and departments. This role involves developing and implementing data governance policies and collaborating with cross-functional teams (MM, ENG, PM, AP, WH, Planning) to ensure data quality and support business operations.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Data Quality and Accuracy. Monitoring, validating, and correcting master data to ensure it is accurate and consistent.
• Data Governance. Establishing and enforcing data standards, policies, and procedures to maintain data integrity.
• Data Management. Developing and implementing data management strategies, including data modeling, cleansing, and migration.
• Training and Collaboration. Working with all departments and stakeholders to understand their data needs and ensure data is aligned with business objectives.
• Issue Resolution. Identifying and resolving data-related issues and discrepancies.
• System Maintenance. Maintaining and updating master data in relevant systems, such as ERP and CRM systems.

What You Bring

• Extraction of data from SAP to support all facets of S4 Hana program transition and input accurate and complete maintenance of product master data in a timely manner focusing on the automation where possible.
• Verify master data submitted by users and problem solving within the SAP framework within product master data maintaining the quality of master data, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance with data governance standards.
• Work with cross-functional teams to establish and enforce data governance policies, procedures, and standards.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent business administration experience with 3-5 years of SAP knowledge expert / experience and proficiency in MS Office suite. Strong communication skills, strong customer orientation. Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize activities.
• Strong experience in (MM, Engineering, Sales, Distribution, Planning and WH). Experience in managing data-related regional projects is a plus.
• English at professional working proficiency level and willingness to travel internationally up to 5% of time.
