Role Responsibilities

In this role you will be...

The main mission of a Hunter is to drive driver acquisition through field sales. Your job will be to actively approach prospective drivers, especially those currently active in the industry—in high-potential field channels such as shopping centers, high-traffic areas, and transport stations. We are looking for profiles with a strong commercial orientation, persuasive ability, and a proactive mindset, who enjoy face-to-face contact and are successful in convincing drivers to join DiDi. This position will be key to the strategic growth of DiDi's driver base in your city.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and approach potential drivers in field channels (shopping centers, events, high-traffic areas).
  • Persuasively present DiDi's value proposition to convince drivers active in the industry to migrate to the platform.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with partners and spaces that enable driver acquisition.
  • Execute acquisition strategies to meet and exceed established goals.
  • Follow up and report results, ensuring accuracy in CRM systems.
  • Provide feedback on market dynamics, competitor strategies, and new opportunities for frictionless recruitment.
  • Represent DiDi with professionalism, enthusiasm, and consistency in the field.

Role Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree desirable (not mandatory).
  • 3+ years of experience in field sales, business development, or driver acquisition (ideally in mobility, retail, or mass consumer goods).
  • Hunter mindset: proactive, competitive, resilient, and autonomous.
  • Proven track record of meeting ambitious commercial goals.
  • Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in dynamic and fast-paced environments with clear deadlines.
  • Availability to work in the field in different areas of the city (80% field work).
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and CRM.
