We’re looking for a Marketing Project Manager who will lead the delivery of marketing initiatives and operational projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations. This role requires strong project management skills, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management → Manage end-to-end delivery of marketing projects, ensuring compliance and quality.
• Facilitation → Lead daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement with Pod leadership.
• Communication → Keep stakeholders informed, escalate issues when needed, and foster open dialogue.
• Coordination → Align priorities across teams, channels, and external agencies to minimize gaps.
• Change Management → Adopt and improve processes, leveraging tools like Workfront and Confluence.
• Continuous Improvement → Collect metrics, identify root causes, and drive team growth.

Must-have Skills

• 6+ years of experience managing marketing projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• English level: B2 Advanced or C1 .
• Strong knowledge of Workfront, Confluence, and delivery metrics .
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proven ability to manage conflicts and lead difficult conversations.

Nice-to-have Skills

• AI Tooling Proficiency → Use AI tools to optimize workflows, draft communications, analyze data, and recommend improvements.
• Experience collaborating with external vendors and agencies.
• Familiarity with agile practices applied to marketing.
