Operations and maintenance coordinator

China Three Gorges Latam (CTG LATAM) is looking for an O&M Coordinator to join our Operations and Maintenance team in Mexico City. This role is the administrative and contract management backbone of the O&M function, ensuring that contracts, contractor performance, and site-level reporting are properly administered across our renewable energy portfolio in Latin America.

What you will do

• Review and monitor O&M, maintenance, and service contracts, tracking scope of work, service level agreements, performance guarantees, and warranty terms across the portfolio
• Maintain a contract register and key-date calendar, including renewal windows, SLA thresholds, and warranty expiration periods
• Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for O&M contractors and vendors, coordinating maintenance and service schedules and following up on work order closure
• Review and validate periodic reports submitted by Site Managers and O&M contractors, verifying completeness, accuracy, and consistency with established standards
• Verify contractor invoices against contract terms, completed work orders, and agreed pricing prior to submission for payment approval
• Maintain the department's Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and related document management tools, ensuring records are audit-ready
• Consolidate site-level and contractor reporting into portfolio-wide summaries for O&M Management review
• Support documentation requirements for internal and external audits, lender inspections, and Independent Engineer visits
• Coordinate with the O&M Procurement Specialist and O&M Field Engineer to ensure contractual obligations and administrative standards are applied consistently across all plants

What we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in O&M roles, contract administration, or operations administration within the renewable energy, industrial, or infrastructure sectors
• Strong understanding of renewable energy O&M processes, terminology, and plant reporting structures
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify inconsistencies and validate data and invoices across multiple sources
• Proficiency in CMMS platforms, ERP systems such as SAP, and Microsoft Excel for tracking, reporting, and documentation (SCADA or plant monitoring platform knowledge is a plus)
• Spanish fluency required; English proficiency at B1 level or above
• Availability to travel frequently to project sites to deliver on-site tasks and support field operations
