Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative at Hersol Telecom, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to our customers. Your daily tasks will include resolving queries, handling complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position and is hybrid, meaning that work is performed in our offices located in Tijuana, BCN, but working from home is also accepted.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction in all interactions.
- Additional skills such as patience, problem-solving skills, and a customer-oriented attitude will be highly valued.
What we are looking for
We are looking for highly effective individuals that have the capability to operate and perform with minimal micro-management. Goal-oriented individuals looking to grow into an executive role in the near future.
