Asegurar que la calidad del producto de los proveedores cumpla con las especificaciones requeridas. Muestreo de producto; asegurar que el producto a recibir se encuentre en buen estado de calidad, no mermado ni caducado e informar sobre los productos que no cumplan con las especificaciones requeridas.
- Calidad de productos frutas y verduras, agropecuarios, productos cárnicos, frescos y perecederos
- Ing. Agronomo, Biólogo, Fitotecnista, Zootecnista o Afín
- Inspector de calidad de productos perecederos, Almacenista
