Continuous Improvement Manager

Job Summary

The ideal candidate brings strong experience in multi-site environments, electronic manufacturing, and holds a Six Sigma Black Belt certification . This role plays a key part in building a scalable and sustainable continuous improvement culture.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy Execution & Regional Alignment

• Act as the link between strategic vision and operational execution across multiple manufacturing sites
• Contribute proactively to regional leadership teams
• Pilot, implement, and standardize policies and procedures before broader deployment
• Support site-level Lean Six Sigma leaders in execution and sustainment
• Maintain effective communication across sites and functions to enable alignment on key initiatives

2. Drive Lean Six Sigma Culture

• Lead the development and deployment of a Lean Six Sigma culture across all sites
• Drive performance improvement initiatives using structured problem-solving methodologies
• Mentor and support Black Belt and Green Belt practitioners
• Deliver or support training and capability-building programs
• Collaborate with HR and leadership on recognition and engagement programs
• Provide leadership in continuous improvement across multiple sites
• Support sites undergoing Lean transformation or maturity progression

3. Performance Metrics & Process Optimization

• Monitor and validate key operational metrics (e.g., OEE, efficiency indicators)
• Drive the implementation and sustainment of Lean tools such as VSM, 5S, SMED, Kanban, QRQC, and Hoshin planning
• Partner with Finance to prioritize high-impact improvement projects
• Ensure alignment between training content and operational needs

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience deploying Lean Six Sigma in multi-site manufacturing environments
• Strong background in electronic manufacturing
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Demonstrated leadership and change management capabilities
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and influencing skills across all organizational levels
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multicultural environments
• Results-driven and hands-on continuous improvement leader

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field (preferred)
• 8-10 years of experience in Continuous Improvement roles
• Experience working in matrixed and multi-site organizations
• Proven track record of successfully leading continuous improvement initiatives
• Experience in change management and organizational transformation
