About the role

As a Specialist, Delivery Assurance, you will monitor supplier delivery performance to ensure continuity of material supply and support production requirements. You'll be a critical safeguard against supply disruptions — identifying risks early, driving recovery plans, and keeping shipments on track so our customers receive what they need, when they need it.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitoring supplier delivery performance to ensure continuity of material supply and support production requirements
• Identifying, assessing, and mitigating supply chain risks that could impact customer deliveries or manufacturing operations
• Driving supplier recovery plans for critical shortages, capacity constraints, quality issues, and logistics disruptions
• Managing delivery assurance processes and working to achieve day-to-day delivery assurance objectivesImplementation of solutions for shipment coordination, sub‑process suppliers, and technical assistance to ensure on‑time delivery, and identifying root causes impacting delivery performance
• Implementing process improvements and deploying delivery assurance systems for early identification of shortages
• Collaborating with other departments to meet customer requirements and minimize negative business impacts in the case of shortages
• Ensuring timely delivery of all materials required for the production of assigned complex components

Requirements

We are looking for people who are proactive, analytical, and strong problem‑solvers, with a sense of urgency and a collaborative mindset. If this is you, get in touch. As a minimum you must have:

• Advanced knowledge obtained through a university degree, combined with experience
• Practical to substantial knowledge of Carrier's organization, programs, or systems, with the ability to make enhancements and leverage this in daily work
• A university degree or equivalent
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience — OR an advanced degree in a related field with a minimum of 3 years of experience

Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:

• Experience in supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing environments
• Advanced English proficiency
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
