Could you be the payroll specialist in Queretaro, QRO we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your payroll expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.

You’ll ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, making a meaningful impact on employee satisfaction and organizational efficiency. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as HR, Finance, and Operations), support compliance with local regulations, and much more.

We’ll look to you for:

• Managing end-to-end payroll processes for employees across various locations.
• Ensuring accurate calculation of wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
• Maintaining and updating payroll records and employee information in the system.
• Collaborating with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless data flow and reporting.
• Addressing employee inquiries and resolving payroll-related issues promptly.

• Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience or understanding of payroll processing systems and procedures.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other data management tools.
