Social Media Specialist

About the role:

We’re looking for a creative and hands-on Social Media Specialist to drive growth across our social platforms in Mexico. This role combines strategy, content creation, and campaign execution.

What you’ll do:

• Own and execute social media strategy (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Plan and publish daily content (feed, stories, short-form video)
• Create content end-to-end: shooting, editing, basic design, and copywriting
• Support and execute campaigns (influencers, events, pop-ups, festivals)
• Produce real-time content during events
• Track performance (reach, engagement, growth) and optimize based on data
• Identify trends and explore new platforms

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years in social media / digital marketing / content roles
• Strong understanding of the Mexico social media landscape
• Experience managing campaigns (not just posting)
• Hands-on content creation skills (video, editing, copy)
• Data-driven and organized, able to handle multiple projects
• Strong collaboration skills (PR, KOL, Marketing teams)
• Advanced English (required)
