Senior Hunter - Marketplace

We are looking for a highly driven Senior Hunter to join our Marketplace team. This role will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, acquiring, and onboarding new brands to expand our marketplace ecosystem. The ideal candidate has a strong hunter mindset, proven experience in new business acquisition, and a track record of successfully prospecting, negotiating, and closing commercial partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target high-potential local and global brands to join the SHEIN Marketplace.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective brand partners through proactive prospecting, cold outreach, networking, referrals, and industry contacts.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and priority brands.
• Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and initial outreach to negotiation and closing.
• Develop and present commercial proposals tailored to prospective partners.
• Lead commercial negotiations and close new partnership agreements.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers at target brands and retailers.
• Leverage existing industry networks and relationships to accelerate brand acquisition.
• Consistently achieve and exceed new brand acquisition and commercial targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process after closing.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, activity tracking, and sales forecasts.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new acquisition opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, E-commerce, International Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Development, New Business Sales, B2B Sales, Brand Acquisition, or a related commercial role.
• Proven track record of acquiring new clients, brands, or business partners .
• Strong hunter mindset with hands-on experience in prospecting, cold outreach, negotiation, and closing.
• Experience managing the full sales cycle , from lead generation to contract closure.
• Existing relationships with brands, retailers, distributors, or relevant industry contacts are highly preferred.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Highly target-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, retail, FMCG, fashion, or related industries is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with CRM or sales management tools.
• Fluent in English.
