Senior Key Account Manager (Marketplace Brands)

We are looking for a commercially driven Senior Key Account Manager to join our Marketplace team. This role will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of strategic brands, driving sales performance, strengthening partner relationships, and identifying opportunities to maximize business growth. The ideal candidate has strong account management and commercial skills, understands e-commerce and marketplace dynamics, and is comfortable working with data to develop and execute growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop a portfolio of strategic local and global brands within the marketplace.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and brand partners.
• Develop and execute account growth strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Analyze sales, traffic, conversion, assortment, and other key performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
• Drive sales growth through pricing, promotions, assortment optimization, and commercial initiatives.
• Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts, presenting performance insights and actionable recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to increase brand visibility, product assortment, sales, and overall marketplace performance.
• Negotiate commercial terms, campaigns, promotions, and business initiatives with existing partners.
• Monitor account performance and proactively address risks, challenges, and areas of improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns, product launches, promotions, and other business initiatives.
• Monitor market and competitor trends to identify opportunities for account growth.
• Prepare account plans, forecasts, performance reports, and business reviews.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, E-commerce, International Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Account Management, Business Development, E-commerce, Marketplace Operations, or a related commercial role.
• Proven experience managing and growing a portfolio of strategic accounts or business partners.
• Strong track record of achieving sales, revenue, or other commercial targets.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce, marketplaces, retail, or digital commerce.
• Strong commercial, negotiation, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze business performance and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, dashboards, and reporting).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with senior stakeholders.
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English.
