Master Data Management Analyst

Objetivo:
Garantizar la correcta administración y calidad de los datos maestros contables, asegurando la ejecución oportuna de solicitudes y configuraciones en sistema, en cumplimiento con las reglas de negocio y finanzas, brindando atención efectiva a las áreas involucradas y apoyando los procesos de cierre, auditoría y proyectos del área.
- Licenciatura en administración, contabilidad o afín.
- Excel intermedio-avanzado
- SAP deseable (manejo de ERP, de preferencia finanzas)
- Experiencia contable deseable
- Actitud de servicio/atención al cliente
- Proactivo
- Entendimiento de manejo de datos
- Seguimiento y ejecución de solicitudes de creación, modificación, bloqueo y desbloqueo de Cuentas Contables, Centros de Costo, Centro de Beneficio y demás atributos contables, procurando la calidad de datos en sistema y brindando un servicio oportuno en tiempo y forma a las áreas involucradas.
- Asegurar que las solicitudes se encuentren alineadas a las reglas de negocio globales y de finanzas además de que sean aptas para su ejecución.
- Brindar apoyo al cierre contables mensual.
- Participación en proyectos e iniciativas exponiendo la perspectiva de Datos Maestros.
- Administración de información estadística y de base de datos internos.
- Fungir como puente de la solicitud de configuraciones contables entre solicitante e IBM.
- Apoyo en coordinación de auditoría externa.
